I sometimes wonder if I spend enough time with my daughter. I know that I am frequently with her, dropping her and picking her up from school and driving her (almost everyday) to her extra lessons. But, I wonder, is it enough to build mother and daughter bonds? Even in the car our conversation are usually about school, little else. And, when at home I spend a lot of my time at my computer. But then one evening last week just before the sun went down I asked her if she wanted to play outside on the trampoline. In fact, we spent such a nice time together in the backyard garden just the two of us. We shared stories and she told me everything about her friends at school, we laughed together and played hide and seek. Then I got my moment to photograph her, and she gave me her beautiful smile. I think these moments should happen every day, as we both really enjoyed each other ‘s company.
